We offer free delivery throughout the majority of Mainland UK across every item on the store with no minimum spend.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day* and delivery is usually within 1-3 working days. In the majority of instances delivery will be made using a fully tracked DPD, however small items will use Royal Mail.
On occassion we may also use Parcelforce or DHL. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be shipped on the next working day
We are a small family team and we are working hard to process and ship your orders.

Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email which contains both your named courier and the tracking information.
Not received your tracking email? Please check the email address you have used on your order and your Spam folder.

EPOEX / GB PET BEDS
These items are made to order and therefore are unavailable for same day shipping. The orders are manufactured within 3-5 working and then shipped using a tracked DPD service, directly from the manufacturer. On occasions, the manufacturing process may take a little longer (especially during busier times of year such as November/December) and in some cases you may receive your bed in up to 7 working days.
Out of area deliveries including Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands also including some postcodes are subject to delivery surcharges by epoex chosen courier. If your order is subject to a delivery surcharge, we will contact you.
