Monday — Friday, 9 a.m. — 3 p.m. CST, excluding national holidays
FedEx and expedited service items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed the next business day. Items ordered on Friday after 3 p.m. CST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process prior to ship. We primarily ship through DHL and FedEx.
Please Note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.
FREE SHIPPING ON JEWELRY-ONLY ORDERS
Free shipping via standard services is available to select at checkout when all items in your order are jewelry. No minimum order value is required. Free shipping on jewelry-only orders is available in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. EPOEX is not responsible for any customs charges.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
Items purchased with expedited shipping need to be placed before 3 p.m. CST in order to be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
FEDEX EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY
FedEx 2Day is a guaranteed 2 business day delivery service once processed. We have a 1-2 day processing time frame for expedited orders. Our FedEx expedited shipping option does not deliver on the weekends. Orders placed Thursday will be delivered by Tuesday. Orders placed Friday before 3p.m. will be delivered by Wednesday. Orders placed Friday after 3 p.m. and on Saturday/Sunday will be delivered by the following Thursday.
If customs charges occur please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Please note that international orders could take 6 – 8 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame that this takes is completely out of our hands.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. EPOEX is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to EPOEXs.
Sales tax will be collected where applicable.
